  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Easy Openers

Man there has been some outstanding Easy Opener Knives being shared here- Thank you everyone, isnt our Hobby amazing just how a Knife can have so much amazing features that turns a working tool into a piece of treasured art!

Its so so tempting to start naming our friends on here and each of their individual stunners- but I simply do not have the time - but they look so nice it's hard not to!

Thank you Charlie - 6411S - So that S must mean single? Love that Jade - What a find!!! I too loved the Blades on that one!

Thanks Jack- Pullett Knife? I have not heard of that - I looked up Pullett and there was a lot of the Poultry business involved?

Herder- Wow! Thank you- to have the Patent copy is fantastic! Thank you for going to the trouble in digging that up! Much appreciated!

Barrett- haha you gave me a good laugh- I apologise for cluttering up this fine Thread with modern day cheapness - mods please remove 😂

Jack - please don't apologise for typo's- as that puts me in the very guilty box with that one!!! I too thought those Blades looked somewhat older than the Handle - you would imagine a early 20th Century Knife sporting those Blades in a fine Handle and Bolster Package as Lockwood did.

I'm sorry M marantz , I'm afraid I've not been able to find the couple of Trim Trios I have :( I stopped counting when my knife collection passed 1000 about 10 years ago, and I know where most of them are, but the TT doesn't catalogue easily, and they're probably just tucked away in a drawer somewhere. I see them fairly often, but don't usually buy them. Sorry about that
No worries, Jack. I probably shouldn't have even mentioned it, a distraction in a thread of so many beautiful EO knives. One misplaced knife out of THOUSANDS, what a wonderful "problem" to have!

Sorry again for not being able to locate them, I have a few treasures, and a lot of er....other stuff! :D

Sorry for the confusion Duncan :) They look like they might have been produced before Elliott's acquired Lockwood Brothers, and that they found something to do with them much later. Apart from the stamps, they look hand-forged too
H herder - As promised here’s a couple of blade pics.

Great pics Harvey
Albert Oates - Sheffield

Joseph Rodgers - Sheffield
