Thanks Bladeboss. That's a S&W Performance Center 629 Competitor .44 Magnum w/6" Weighted Barrel.Nice handgun. What is it?
My utility knife (was my EDC, and sometimes still is) I cut everything with. I won't use it with food anymore, when I did I scrubbed it off REAL well first.
I was wondering how many people on here eat with their EDC blade?
I never eat with my EDC knife. Ceramic dulls the edge. That's one of the reasons table knives and steak knives exist. Also, I don't want food particles and sauces/juices in the joints.
Use a longer blade so the juices don't get into the pivot...or just wash it.
And be careful when cutting; I HATE that scraping sound from ceramic, even with crappy steak knives.
Or, conversly, do that funny thing called sharpening it periodically.![]()
Or use a steak/table knife...
But what is the fun in that?
Had lamb chop for lunch today...
