Oh, I sure do love that knife!! That's a knife I'll probably never handle in my lifetime (I won't go out of my way to purchase one off the secondary market; already a lot of great production knives being made right now that I like), but sure do enjoy seeing pictures of it. How long have you had it for?

I've been EDC'ing it for almost a week now. Absolutely love it! Looks good and cuts good!

I always need a knife for something while eating such as:
Cutting food (obviously)
Opening sauce packs when my hands are slick
All odds and ends you need a knife for.
Afterwords just wipe the blade off and maybe reince and call it good

Anyone who has tried eating with their EDC thinking it'd look cool would know the edge gets ruined very quickly and a plain edge is useless for cutting after. The plate usually gets scratched, or the sharp edge will cut through some plastic plates without any effort. Food juices gets into the pivot and insides on folders and without a proper disassembly to clean, you will definitely get rust somewhere.

The only way to actually eat with your EDC would be if you were very careful not to hit the plate and not let any food matter reach the pivot on folders. It's not a fun way to eat.

Light food prep is usually fine as long as it's not one of those glass cutting boards.

Anyone who'd seriously consider using their EDC for eating everyday would likely carry something like a Spyderedge Pacific Salt.

Or a fixed blade :D. But seriously they are plenty of people here, who seem very happy eating with a folder. I used my Spyderco Military to cut, and eat some tomato the other day. And to avoid dulling your edge, just don't hit the plate. A sharp knife doesn't require sawing down to the plate.

Almost never. I can never remember what I've cut since the last time I washed any given knife, and if I'm in a place where I can readily wash my knife before I use it, theres probably also a kitchen knife readily available. No sense in eating traces of cardboard, packing tape, tire plugs, or what have you :p

I will if I need to. My first inclination is to use the silverware provided. However, sometimes the blade is awful and the steak is a little tough and you just wanna eat. This happened to me once a few years ago on a houseboat and I pulled out my CS Voyager (2008ish model) and went to town. Cut the steak very well, was using a plastic plate so very little edge damage. However, I was more naive then, and unaware of the staining power of steak juice. It didn't rust the blade, but there's a noticeable (to my eyes) stain where I used the blade. For food prep, I'd be willing to, but since I tend to cut cardboard and packing tape with my knives, I'd sooner reach for a knife I know is clean (like a kitchen knife) than a knife that I'd have to wash, use and then wash again. Just my 2 cents.
