Looks like we were posting at the same time. I knew you would feel compelled to send me another piece. Please don't feel you have to. But, do consider how you wrap the bar when you send them out and insuring it. I know it will cost you a little more, but when you're selling this stuff to a customer it will be important.
Even though it wasn't insured, I would suggest you print out that photo you posted of the piece, and my photo of the received damaged package, and go down to the post office where you mailed it out from, along with my address that you sent it to, and tell them what happened. They have a form you can fill out. You never know, maybe they can find that bugga.
I hope you don't get disheartened too badly by this. I know how much work you put into making that. You're good people Dan and a genuine pleasure to get to know.
