EDC Bags, RATS, and Stuff

I mainly just try to find the most smallest most compact items. I did go with the trail light first aid kit because it is super light. I really like the squishy bowls they are super light. When the dog and I are out he has something to get a drink out of. If you have a pet that goes in the woods with you they are great. http://www.guyotdesigns.com/ .

I have the Guyot backpacker steel bottle, its holding up great. They are making some quality ideas come to life.
Thanks for the run through of your gear boss.

Does anyone here have a Pygmy Falcon II they have set up for EDC/BOB purposes? I've got one on the way:thumbup:

There are some people on zombiesquad.org who do, IIRC... just head over and search. Some good examples of BOBs over there regardless...

Hal - what's the paracord wrapped prybar looking thing and who makes it?

great pic's. i've been looking at the falcon2, but these slingers look interesting.
iam in canada so i have never seen one. how do you guy's like the single strap
carry?, are they ok for hiking? these thread's are great for ideas especially for
guy's like me that never get to see this stuff in person. thanx.

Halworks, that is a great looking setup. I love to see pics of others EDC bags you never know what good ideas others have. Thanks for posting.

FortyTwoBlades. I also dig your kit. I recently picked up a Pygmy Falcon & was wondering what pouches you have attached to the outside of your bag & why you chose them.

I travel light - I'm in suburbia and can improv adapt:

FTB is that the Malaga?

Have you or anyone else seen or use the Monsoon?

I am trying to make up my mind as to which one to make a BOB with.

I have yet to find these around here.

Just trying to get some info from people that do use either one.

You are right, I've worked in a number of hurricanes including Katrina. Most people don't see death and destruction up close. Things like water, food or any creature comforts are gone. Looters are a problem, that's why we have armed guards at our staging areas. The more First Aid items you have, the better you are. Being a Red Cross Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor I know how important CPR items are.

Well mine is based on a Typhoon, but I have a Monsoon and that would work just as well.
