They're surprisingly decent btw. What can you find for a buck?

As for my EDC - Surefire G2, the bulb burnt out, so I bought a LED / reflector assembly off dealextreme for $9 (it needed a bit of grinding to fit, I took ~1.5-2mm off the top of the reflector)

Works great, throws a bunch of light (more than the standard incandescent replacement) and batteries last about a month w/ my usage (take dog crap at night daily, use it a few times a day as a computer tech). So basically a $40 surefire g2 led.

BTW... tons of interesting stuff, gadgets and crap to spend money on there. Shipping takes a bit, but under 2 weeks.
Their pre-made flashlights are kind of crap, although I got a $8 MXDL one which works pretty well (for 8 bucks).
