Yes. GEC White Owl got worked out -- the usual banana for breakfast and apple for lunch were its warm up calisthenics. The real workout, however, was literally a body reshaping -- for the knife itself.
I finally remedied the rub that the base (tang / kick) of the pen blade was putting on the main clip blade every time I opened and closed the pen blade. It was taking off the patina and even though I couldn't see where the pen blade base was hitting the main blade I could just hear it rub at one spot in the open/close movement. After lunch, I taped up the pen and the bolster and put in some good grinding work on DMT XC and C stones. Workout seems to have had the desired effect: the WO now has "six pack abs" (no more unsightly flab!). Hopefully the patina will soon cover up the scratch mark the rub was leaving.
