Hi Tom, that was another birthday present. It's made by Hartkopf of Solingen, ebony covers, single stainless blade. The fit and finish is really good. I'll aim to take some pics tomorrow (late here now).

That's a coincidence Pete, it must be the best part of a year since I made it too. Plenty left if you want to pop round. I'm out of beer I'm afraid, but there's plenty of Scotch! :)
