Yes, I enjoyed it too!

My #73 cut a steak (added with Cafe de Paris butter) this evening... the knives in the restaurant were quiete dull to rip the meat more than cutting... It did the job quiete well.

I like that #73, and I imagine it would be good for the task, and a good-looker to have in hand too. I hate it when they have blunt steak knives, what is the use of them?! Hope you enjoyed your meal
