Camping season is upon us here and while I was picking up some deals grabbed a Leatherman Crater c33x to hang on the pack... for $15.00 (MEC) this is an impressive little knife that has a keen half edge / serrated blade and a built in carabiner and clip for attaching itself to stuff. At 65 grams it is pretty light and has a brass pivot... and Leatherman's excellent warranty and service.

It's a nice light carry that I won't mourn if something happens to it... earlier versions get less consistent reviews while knives made after 2012 seem to be getting high marks.

The carabiner also serves as a bottle opener.

I carry a fixed blade Fallkniven F1 on the trail as well as a Leatherman multi tool so I am never at a loss for tools or blades.

its not bad... thin feeling and the cutting edge is pretty small. it seems like its geared towards reverse grip by placeing your pointer finger through the hole that's there.
