My #53 helped prep my Tori No Nimono (Japanese Simmered Chicken) with a spicy spinach and bean sprout salad.

Very fresh and clean tasting!

Thanks Peter.

I missed my trads whilst I was away on m'hols....my lovely buffalo one more than I realised.

Eating out I was inspired by many a good meal and some really good Asian salads. I've been on a real kick to emulate some of them since I got back.

Used the big 6292 to slice bubble wrap as I packed up my son's kitchen supplies/utensils/skillets before we load the moving van tomorrow.

Nice watch! what model/make is it bro?

I've got a few knuckle buckles too, picked them up before the postal service tightened down on the sorta stuff ;)

Thank you much. The watch is a Citizen Eco Drive bm8475-26e. Had it for about a year and love it..no problems and accurate. Only thing I didn't care for too much was the leather band..felt spongy. Yeah..I'm glad I was able to get a "knuckle buckle"..to hold my pants up in style ;)

Been lurking for quite a few months, making a daily stop to learn. Here's this year's acquisitions. The BM goes wherever I go.

For the last 7 years I have been carrying (EDC) a Strider SMF w/ flamed lock side, black G10 scale, and a tiger striped S30V spearpoint blade. I sent it in to Strider for a 'tune-up' (warranty-great service) last month and carried a Hinderer XM-18 3.5" S35V Spanto (Gen 4) for three weeks until I got the SMF back. I use a knife daily and the SMF has held up remarkably well. I have a lot of knives to choose from but most simply sit on a shelf or in the vault.

The Mini Grip again :D now with a mirror polished edge and it just flies out of the handle! Been nonstop carry all month long.
