Digging the Kwaiken Paul, try not to freeze to death the next couple of days up there in ND.

I am also carrying the Kwaiken and SAK Cadet.

Erik, cold it is!!! Try and stay warm yourself... I converted my Kwaiken to a flipper and really like it! They are very smooth knives.

Take care and stay warm:thumbup:

Be prepared to pay full retail.
Usually am. :)
I paid full retail for my Adamas too.
I hate waiting for mail so I consider it a trade off.
Pay less, wait more.
Pay more, wait less.

And besides, it's $50 less than retail. ;)

Could you share some info about that friction folder? I really like that one! :D

Yep, Michael Morris friction folder made from a farriers rasp. I had him modify his standard wharncliffe blade shape to my liking.
Look up his website and you can find some videos of him making knives and just chatting about how he does them. The attention to detail is very good, and Michael is incredibly easy to work with.

I have the drop point on me tonight.

Hey guys,

I'm brand knew to the forum. I read through a lot of this thread; great knives here! :)

The past few years I've carried lightweight folders by Kershaw (USA). I recently started carrying Case knives again as I've always loved them and collected them since my father gave me my first knife which was a Case. I've carried one of their key-chain knives with my keys and I've been carrying a gray handled trapper. Needed something a little lighter and easier to carry everyday so I ordered this:

Not my photo; I'll post one when I get it in.

I've carried the same Vic Tinker for the last 3 years and my Bladeforums Kershaw Skyline since I got it a year ago. I keep thinking that I need to change things up, but can't bring myself to break up that duo.

Welcome to Bladeforums! Good choice, I am interested in what you think of the CF Sodbuster. They are very light compared to the more traditional sodbusters. I have been intrigued by them for a while now.
