Looks awesome! :) Did you have any problems getting the blade aligned during reassembly?

I took my Rat 1 apart to clean and still can't get it straight. :\ It doesn't rub, but it's annoying.

The 0550 has been great for me, I have the 2nd gen, and love the low ride clip. The detent is perfect, and it deploys smoothly with a middle-finger-flick that I carried over from Spyderco. I did it unintentionally one day with the 0550 and it was like magic. I just stuck my middle finger on the thumbstud and "floik" out it went. I couldn't be happier with this purchase from ZT. I can only hope the 801CF is just as good.

No, not at all... This is he's second RAT1, he manage to kill the first-one for about 8 months, I gave him the second for Christmas, I already cleaned and sharpened it once about a month ago, this is second time already, he does AC and he's pushing this little Rat really hard...
No side play on the blade at all, perfectly centered and smooth as a mofo... :D

love this thing. Would like to upgrade to a 0560 but for $35 I have trouble putting this one down...

I had the same problem. After about the 400th time of re-assembly something made a "click" noise and everything was straight and good. Don't really know what it was that got it to go but I will not be taking that one apart ever again haha

It's definitely one of my favorites. I have nothing bad to say about this knife.

Great blade shape, ergonomic handle, lightweight, deep carry clip. If you get one, I'm positive you'll like it.
 
This is a jeans knife 100% but I couldn't resist carrying it in my khakis to work today.

Thanks Paul! Its 1/4 thick so it can back up its pretty looks!

Yeah I tried to get a good shot of it today but we're getting hammered with snow and there's no natural lighting to be had.
