Thanks, brother! And I couldn't agree more. I'm gonna try and sharpen the blade when I get home from work today.
Oh and that relic'd Cryo looks great!
What did you do to it? Blast the scales? Bronze the hardware? I really like it!

BladeCo comes through again! The blackwash is perfect and I like the forward choil more than I thought I would. The blade was polished after the acid stonewash and it is reflecting light making the finish looks splotchy in the second photo. Heavy detent on this one but crazy smooth and fast as always!
Yep, stonewashed the handle scales and heat colored the hardware. Some of the screws came out really well and some of them didn't. The pivot screw wouldn't color at all.![]()

Great Ceasar's ghost! I love the sheeps foot blade on your Curtiss Jesse, and the acid wash looks great as well. Very nice!
Wow, that is a gorgeous knife. It is really reminiscent of my Insingo's blade, which has turned out to be one of my absolute favorites.
Thanks guys!
May be "the one"GASP!!! Really though... I love CRK's insingo shape so much so that I had Michael Morris make and Insingo-esque friction folder. The modified sheepsfoot / wharncliffe whatever is the best blade shape for my EDC uses.
I have a small and large Insingo but CRK made a flipper it would be this![]()
Dude, I would throw that tool in my bag and have it with me every day without a second's hesitation. That's great that your father was thinking of your hobbies!
I can definitely say that I'd love to have a knife like yours in my hands one day. The Insingo's blade is so easy to sharpen, it's ridiculous. It came "sharpish" and so when I got it, a few strokes on the Sharpmaker, and it would shave hair with zero effort.

Not sure why Forrest, but your knife pics always make me thirsty.... :very_drunk:
