EDC III Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

It sure is a grail! They used to be a lot cheaper but like you said should be worth every penny. Your runs or washers or bearings?

Single-row-bearings. Smooth as silk and amazing flipping action. I managed to get myself a pretty rare one with the M390 in the T-pattern, at least from my own research. Wasn't even fully broken in when I got it. Falls closed with the slightest wiggle, but won't nip your fingers on accident, just like it should be! This one has been getting all the pocket time since it came in, though sometimes my Case trappers and my Diskin Fire ride along too :D

Have to say they look so good. How much are they? And what batteries does it take?

The black version is $30 and the copper is $42. The copper version is sold out right now, but will be back in stock soon. A website with the initials C.C. sells them, just Google "AAA Maratac". They run off one "AAA" battery, hence the name. There is also a "AA" version.

To stay on topic, here is glamor shot of my SAK Cadet riding in my RFP.

Which model did you end up with?

Doing a little bit of fishing today so I've got my Benchmade Hidden Canyon Skinner and Spyderco Rescue in ATS-55 on me. Before I went out I had my 9100 Stryker and ZT 0566 though.
