Well not always daily, but I dont keep just one in play at all times.
My edc multitool never leaves rotation;) however, for my primary cutting tool I will bounce wildly from a CRK to a Microtech to a 4" fixed blade.

A lot of the reasons I switch it up is based on what I have planned for the day which with my line of work can range from opening packages at my desk, breaking down a shipment in my warehouse, or spending the whole day in a mud filled hole on the construction site.

Even still, I dont think I could ever be one of those guys that just buys a knife and carries it by itself for decade ;)

I always carry two knives, one larger folding work knife and a smaller traditional. Both get used during every work day on the job. If one gets used enough to get dull, I get another out of the box for the next day. Depending on what I am doing on site I have my favorites like my SR1 or Harnds General or even the old RAT1.

Smaller pen knives or medium sized traditionals are used to dig splinters, cut my cigars and do other small, sliced duties.

When I was a young man, I carried one work knife that had to do it all. That went on for several years as I couldn't afford another knife. Now, a few decades later, I feel pretty spoiled to be able to pick the knife I want for the week.

My edc has always been a fixed blade. I have several, but usually only carry 'The One', which has been a White River Sendero Classic for the last year or so. If I know I will need a harder-use tool, I will carry the appropriate knife for the task. But for edc, just the one. The back-up folder I carry is subject to both whim, and necessity, and thus gets changed out with more regularity, tho used FAR less..

i voted never, but its rare.
its not a rotation, although I have swtiched on occassion.
for a long time it was a buck mayo cutback.
then i came across a spyderco domino and that was the one.
I added a kizer mini begleiter as a second carry.
recently, I've switched out the domino for a spyderco native 5 as a trial. I'll go back and forth for a bit, but will likely just pick one

I carry this daily, partnered with a OHO folder of some description that changes regularly. So I guess i'm part "daily" and part "never,it's EDC"

No particular schedule.

Just when I feel like it which could be in as little as 1 week (or less) or 3 months (or more).

Been carrying the Sypderco G10 Military in my pocket for about a month now and carried a Real Steel Megalodon for over 2 months before that.

I have a lot of EDC knives, and I like many of them.

However, I carry only my big Rukus 610 day after day. The disadvantage is that I don't get to use a lot of very good knives. The advantage is that I can open, close and use my Rukus in my sleep. It becomes a part of my hand. And it is perfectly matched for my uses.

I’m in the middle of a 365 day carry of an old school Strider SMF so my EDC hasn’t changed in 8 months. I carry other random knives in my left front pocket from my collection but they are just for fun, they don’t get used

It comes in waves. When I’m really into the hobbie and collecting knives I’m switching daily, and when I’m spending more money on PC gaming parts and Firearms I’ll have an knife I can carry for a year or two straight.

Usually I carry two knives on me, one that I always have as back up and carry frequent like a delica, mini grip, or bugout. And then a new knife I just purchased.

I have been rotating monthly but I hope to get to a point where it's one 1-3 knives total.

I have managed about 3 months max so far and it's actually pretty liberating just sticking with and using my favorite knife.
