Maybe not. Looking back through my "old" stuff, I see that I was surrounded by some high-end stuff and antiques that I just wasn't able to appreciate. But still, your son has his last knife at 7 years old!

Just put the griffin away for a bit, then when you get it out to play with or using it and she says "new knife", then you say "no, I've had it for some time.........
