You're a construction worker right?
Just wondering, have you ever had to (lightly) pry something with your knives? Like in a pinch. Any damage?

Good looking Lone Wolf, is that the Trask or Swale? How do you like it?

Thanks Erik! It's the Lone Wolf Swale. I'm not a big fan of wood scales, so I was hesitant to pull the trigger on the Swale, but the whole package sold me - especially the blade shape/style. I like it a lot, it came hair popping sharp and it seems to be holding it's edge pretty well. The stonewash on the blade is also pretty nice. I think the Trask features a satin blade. It took some breaking in, but it feels super smooth now. The thumbs studs on it are nice and grippy!

In hand it feels pretty nice - although I think it would feel even better if it had just a bit more meat/height on the butt end of the grip. And I think it would look much better dressed in Micarta ;)

Only two things that I would se people complain about. 1) the pocket clip is tip down only and 2) you need to take the scales off to access the pivot screws. But neither of these things bother me.

For the price I think it's a great knife.

^this is pretty light, IMO.

I've pryed wooden baseboard and nailed together 2x4's before (with a fixed blade), and I've opened paint cans with both the swedge on my Umnumzaan and Insingo Seb. I pry stuff all the time:)

^^^ Nice trio - I especially like seeing LT's stuff more often here on the Forum. The Patriot is an excellent choice.

Ever with your Higo? ;)
I'm "guilty" of somewhat babying my knives.
I DO use them, and I'll cut pretty much anything (cans, sandpaper etc.) But I try my hardest to never use lateral force.
