I'm from a small town in upstate New York, but this picture was taken in the river that flows under Quechee Gorge. It's in Vermont.

S&W HRT OTF (hooray for initialisms!)

Received one of these as gift two years ago, been carrying it ever since.
I am super rough on that tanto edge, and it's only JUST been damaged. I was digging rust out a philipshead screw and just an almost unnoticeable bit of the point broke off. Even with the damage, its fine enough to work as a seam-ripper.
Plus, it makes such a loud pleasant SNAP when it deploys, and that pleases the giggling infant in me.
