Now I just have to:
1) pay for it.
2) sneak it into the house.
3) hide it for about 6 months.
4) Tell my wife, when she ask, "What? New knife? No, Dear, I have had this for ages. Bought it last summer. Don't you remember?"
5) Sleep on the sofa for 1 or 2 weeks.
6) Enjoy my new knife.

That is a beaut! I'm just not sure I could ever bring myself to REALLY use that mirrored finish, and that's coming from someone who loves scratched up knives.

What makes me feel better is that it has a DLC coating, the coating itself is mirror polished, so it should resist scratching pretty well.
