Spyderco Terzuola SLIPIT

Thank you Sir ! I still think all props should go to the talent of Mr T and the excellent execution of Spyderco, I'm only PR-ing for them I guess... :D
Beautiful Slipit, love the looks, can't get myself to use one of those sort-of slipjoints... Nothing wrong with those, it's just me...

I'm really digging these shots, gents!

Here's my humble contribution:

Nothing wrong with simple and functional John

Thanks for the compliment, I had a good day in Manasota Key, no rain and nice light :D

All of you Gents, have a nice weekend !

Good LORD!!! I wish I could take pictures like that! Those are stunningly sharp, and nice knife.

In college, a photography major told me that taking good pictures is 5% the camera you use, 5% technique and 90% lighting.

It looks like YM is utilizing natural light, which is some of the best lighting you can use; granted that you're using the right angles.

100% agree with this.....

but I work on apps that can make any picture look good regardless of the light ;)

Gotta love apps!

At times, I'm amazed at the pics an iPhone can take!

I never thought I'd ever say this - but the iPhone can take some pretty amazing picture. it's all about how you use the tool than the tool itself.

I work at the big "A" - so pixels run through my blood

So true! Some of my pictures are complete garbage, and some are great!

Super stoked to see this guy getting some carry.

Took the lady out for dinner and added a green bone RR canoe to the carry. Accidentally snapped this shot trying to set up. Lol.

Dr. Lunde once asked if he could "correct" some pictures I took of a Roger's customized Brown Kobra Carry. Of course I allowed him, and the pic's turned out amazing.

If you guys think iPhone pics look good, you guys should see what one of the higher end phones can do. You realize the iPhone has pretty much the poorest camera and screen of any of the major phones on the market right now right? When someone sends me a pic from an iPhone I always know right away because of how low the resolution and quality are. Posting images on the net can hide this fact some due to resizing/dropped red.

Agreed. Big lense is essential too, as it grabs more light and detail. I am however, surprised how good photos phones take these days. And this is coming from guy who learned to take photos with film camera. :) times have changed!
