EDC - What's In Your Pocket(s)??? Part 2

Your right, when folks are as narrow minded as yourself sport, the world is going down hill... By the way I most often drink JW Black through Blue. My daughter got me the "Yamazaki" as a gift so pipe down all ready!!! This crap from a 11 post wonder boy in the Czech Republic....Right....;)

You're SO un-patriotic! Send me that single malt and I'll make the sacrifice and drink it for you. I guess I have to re-evaluate my patriotism as well, I was just popping clays with my favorite SKB skeet gun this afternoon! On a serious note:I was stationed in Japan for a year and got seriously hooked on their beer as well...good stuff. I'll have to try and find that whiskey to try it. Let us know how it goes down, great pic, Smitty

Welp, over 7 years in the General forum and now it gets moved :( Hopefully the move doesn't cause much of a fall off.

As for me... Sans the Izula for today.

Nice Hinderer pen. I have the same version myself. The bronze look is growing on me. Especially like the fact that it works well as a pen, and I don't have to hold the cap in my other hand while writing something down.

Those Hinderer Ti pens are real nice, I have had a few "tactical" pens in my time but they were never that nice to actually pen a few words with. The Hinderer pen is nice to use, easy to carry and looks pretty cool too. :)

Im curious, what type of money is that you're carrying?

Those are Taiwan dollars (NT$), funnily enough that's what I have to spend over here as they don't take £'s in most of the shops I've been to. :D

I'm a bourbon drinker myself Baba, but if the Japanese produced one, I'd try it! Hell, they make great products no matter what field they're in.

The wife and I enjoyed some tasty Sapporos with our sushi tonight:D Don't most of us on here own Japanese knives;)

I have a small collection of tactical pens. Mostly collect them. Few are good for self-defense and as a useful pen. Other than my Hinderer pen, I tend to favor my Mil-Tac Pen. But yeah, hard to beat those Hinderer pens for the cool factor.

hmmmm... the longest running thread on Blade Forums has been closed.
Pity, because it was a fine repository to what we carried EDC in our pockets.

It stood at Post #9335 when it was closed, and had 1,797,861 views.

Here's the link to the original thread:

I would ask the OP to do the courtesy of please putting the link to the original thread in the opening post for reference,
so it doesn't get lost for ever?

Thanks,

Regarding the japanese whiskey, they recently (year or two ago?) won international whiskey awards with some whiskey, can't remember wich. Kind of blow on the scotts. :D But Im kind of hesitant that they are calling that japanese one whisky since it's reserved for Scotland.

Sapporo is GREAT beer...ok, back on topic, today its pretty much the same minus the NAA minigun. Bucklite, SAK allox Farmer, Surefire E1L outdoorsman, wallet, keys, and G19 tucked iwb with a Bianchi holster. i want to get one of those mini-prybars you all carry, but sometimes it feels like i carry too much already.

Sapporo is good stuff. If you like that, you should try 2 Below Ale New Belgium. As far as whiskey goes, I'm a bourbon man. Always liked Bulleit.

Here's my EDC...

New Belgium is amazing all around. They're about three or four miles from my house. If you can find em where you live, give the Lips of Faith and the Trip series a try. The lips of faith are from the people who work there, they get to come up with a beer to try. And the Trip series is their collaboration with the brewery in... Portland if I remember right.... Mixing pre made beers or coming up with whole new ones. The Abby is Niiiiiiice, and it's a mainstay of theirs.

Today, I've got my Gayle Bradley and Spyderco Endrua 4 waved.
