Easily. Remove thumbstud. The hole becomes basis for wave hook.

Be gentle whit me. This is only my second folding knife ever. I know Charley Mike is some sort of blade wizard, I just don’t know a lot about folding knives, much less waved folders.

I don't think there is a modern folder made CM couldn't figure out a way to wave...
