Just got my Spyderco Tenacious today and it blows the door off my Boker Trance for my heavy duty needs. So that is the EDC major blade now. The trance will got in my truck to play around with.

Today's selection is:

- S&W 442
- Fox 40 micro with nail clipper
- world's only known blue frankenDelica SE
- Victorinox Explorer Plus
- Quark Mini AA light
- Sharpie

Like VTguy, I do the Ruger SP-101 thing often as well. Its heavier than the S&W 442, but more spicy too. Mine is the 2.25" barrel, vs. the 3" SP-101 barrel above, which makes for easier pocket carry.

Yup, Ruger SP-101 3". Like Dasmi said it's got some heft to it (it's a ruger after all) it's actually a pleasure to shoot even with full power 180 gr loads. It is an excellent carry gun especially with the boot grip on it just disappears in a good IWB holster.

Plus the Droid X I used to take the picture.

The 1911 rides in a Crossbreed Supertuck (Combat cut/horse leather) on my right side, and the 442 rides in a pocket holster (Left pocket, yes I shoot left handed with it). The 1911 is loaded with handloads (Sierra 230gr Hollow Points w/ Power Pistol powder), and the 38 +P is also loaded with handloads (125gr Flat Nose w/ Power Pistol Powder).

The Becker is sometimes replaced with a SOG Flash II, but I really like a fixed blade...
