It doesn't change much for me. A wallet, badge, Lg Sebenza, H+K .40 cal (kind of in my pocket), keys and phone.

Really loaded down today, not quite sure why. Must be the extra nice weather we've been having around here.
 
update, its been a while, now with my Carbon/ZDP Caly III that arrived yesterday, already love it. In my laptop bag that goes everywhere with my as well I also carry a leatherman wave and an LED flashlight along with my laptop and some other things. I need to find a new carbon fiber pen to replace the Carbon Sensa pen I lost...or just get another. The Tumi Carbon Pen has my eye right now though.

I also carry my old faithful, Spyderco Native III, plain edge in VG-10 steel. My alltime fave.
 
Kershaw Ken Onion Tactical Blur (my first tanto point, i managed to break the tips off most of the serrations cutting zip tie on a box of paintings), Leatherman Blast, Turtle skin wallet, some cheap Flying Falcon knife (looks like the S&W SWAT folder) and thats pretty much it i hope to get a nice surefre flashlight and another asisted opener with a better strength metal (I have no clue whats used in my tacblur)
