Nice looking Lambert, solo. I keep wanting to order one of those, but shy away every time. It's extremely tempting!!! How do you like it?

I just got it, but I have to say I know what I like about don't like in a knife and this is one great knife. I have listed this as one of my "safe knives." Its a very short list! Once its on my mental "safe list" it is safe from selling or trading and I give myself the OK to carry it. The marks are character marks then, and one day my kids will have these knives on my "safe list." They might like dad's old scratched up knives, well at least I hope they will.

I'm not sure if I'm making any sense..........but heres my "safe list." Please keep in mind I have had and have lots of knives from $25 productions up to $600 customs.

SAK Midnight Manager 2 :D............;)
Spyderco Spin
Spyderco SE Mili
Spyderco SE Caly3
Spyderco Smurf bone Yojimbo
Strider SNG Tanto with Hinderer Button
CRK Large Classic Micarta CE Sebbie
Rick Hinderer XM 18 Spanto nonflipper
Kiby Lambert Whar

Thats it for my "safe list" for now!

Yes, get a Whar. Kirby's work is top notch, and the knife molds to your hand. He packs alot of blade in that handle. Fit and Finsh are great, and right on par with a Sebbie.

PULL THE TRIGGER.....................:D

Thanks for the info Solo. And don't worry, you were making perfect sense.:D

Cheers,

Today is light and simple. A Buck Hartsook with an almost Turk head knot wrap job to make a nice little stop in the middle of the palm. A cell phone and my badge. That's all I've really needed in the past 2-3 days. Nice little setup. I may have to grab a few more Hartsooks to stash away around the house and car. It's a nice little tool but you HAVE to wrap the handle to give you some purchase. If done right, it's a decent user with an excellent pedigree.

Rear right - AUS-8 Spyderco Catcherman
Loose rear right - Kershaw Rainbow Chive (AO broke).

Lately, I've been carrying these during weekends...

Whats the name, model and who makes that tool that you carry on your key ring?

Today I am carrying my Tuna Hard 3, Fireant, MC Lux III PD, and Seecamp. My Hard 3 is the green and silver one.

It seems I've posted to a few of these EDC threads over the years on different forums. Here are some pics going back:

The last two were taken this morning, waiting for the turkey to fry (some of you guys take better care of your EDC stuff than I do. Mine looks kinda abused). These are my two alternating EDC setups currently:

My only turkey day edc is a Le Griffe with a rip-cord. I am really starting to like this simple set up. I need to play with some dual lock for alternative mounting ideas.
