I have one of those sheaths, but it doesn't work very well... Does yours?
Mine has a little plastic piece covering the metal rivet/spacer near the mouth, to keep the blade from getting dulled against the rivet, but the knife just slices into the plastic and gets stuck, sometimes cutting all the way into the metal and dulling anyway. In any case, mine's certainly not fast.

The Walther P-22 I do not carry, sorry just being lazy about uploading a new photo.

The Victorinox Swiss Army Huntsman I carry every day. It typically gets used about twice a day. I do not know how I got along without having such a carry. I used to pack a cheap Ridge Runner. I liked it because it could flip out real quick, and the edge was not bad. I stopped packing it because I got looks when I snapped it out to cut open a box, package, etc. I pull the Swiss out and the looks I usually get are followed by the question, "may I see that." People like checking out all the blades/tools on it.

I do not like carrying much in my pocket. I do carry a Jumbo Verispack with me on occasion. In that I have a Eickhorn & Solingen Ltd folder with black blade/camo handle, G2 SureFire, Creative Zen Nano 1GB MP3 player, Johnson & Johnson pocket first aid kit, and other various things depending.

Smith and Wesson 629 on a left hip holster, a CS Vaquero Grande in the right front pocket, and a pack of Big Red in my shirt pocket.

Still have my Strider AR in my right front, but have switched out my Case Barlow for a new Case I got today, and that would be a large Gunstock w/dark red bone and silver script. I really like the Gunstock pattern!

hi. long-time reader, first time poster. didn't have a chance to get a pocket inventory. but there's one thing, totally un-related to knives, that i've been wondering.

seems like a lot of people have a length of paracord tied to their various gadgets. and i keep seeing this one particular knot used. i don't recognize it, but i'm no boy-scout. so, my question is... what kind of knot/braid is this?

You are seeing round and square knots. Take a look at these links.
