EDC - What's in Your Pocket(s)??

- Kahr PM9 in a Blade-tech IWB holster; other days a Glock, CZ or 1911.
- Streamlight Strion in nylon belt holster. Same size as Surefire 6P or G2, but brighter and rechargeable so I don't have to be frugal with its use. A great EDC light.
- keys with Photon (that glowring thing looks interesting - thx for the headsup).
- often a CMG Ultra-G 1AA LED on a lanyard; 2 spare lights at home. Another great mini-light that burns forever.
- Spyderco Dragonfly: lost my Endura, and this will hold me over until I figger out with what to replace the Endura.
- cell phone
- wallet
- would like a 2nd EDC knife and a collapsible baton for special times, but there is only so much one can carry, you know?

best regards

Finally got to scan my stuff..

On duty, Colt police rescue knife, leatherman supertool (on gun belt), Glock 40 cal.

Off duty, Emerson police Sark, Taurus pt111 9mm

here's a proper picture of my edc:
DSCF00532.jpg

left front pocket:
-sharpie: where i work there are times when i need to take orders right away and i can never find a sheet of paper so i started just using a sharpie and writing them on whatever pizza box was close by.
-cash: for buying stuff.
-victorinox soldier: i use this on campus a lot since people are usually okay with a swiss army knife. i also use it a lot off campus since there are many beer caps in this world that need to be removed.
-inova X5T: i walk almost everywhere and spend a lot of time in the dark since i work late and usually end up walking home instead of taking a cab after a night out.

Right front pocket:
-gerber multi-plier 600: my neighbor gave me this when he moved; i've found the blade is really easy to get sharper 'an hell but won't stay that way very long. i find it works for 90% of the things i'd need it for but it's gone once i save enough for a new wave.
-colibri butane lighter (not pictured): all the cool kids smoke.
-LG Cell Phone: i have no land line so all the calls are on this thing.
-car keys to the mean green machine: i don't drive often but it's become a habit just to toss the car keys in my pocket.

Left rear pocket:
-meyerco paradox: this is the only knife i've been able to afford for a while and it's been a pretty good sharp for me. the blade holds an edge well enough that i only need to hit it with the lanksy once every couple of weeks and it's got a real nice heft to it that i like. now that i'm finally getting paid it's going to get replaced by a CRKT, either a cruiser of one of those crawford/kasper things.

It could be a kubotan (impact defense weapon).

That's what I was thinking. I just bought a plastic one for myself. Makes a fantastic key fob, too. I never fumble for my keys now.

Hi Cardimon, it's not a kubotan, it's a pen (the third pen, that I carry). When you turn the key ring the tip comes out. I hope this explanation helps, my English isn't that good...

I like that design for the pen. It could probably be a good last-ditch defense mechanism. The Monkey's fist looks like a great fob.

Pretty much the same as any other Saturday. ;)

Right front pocket: small Sebbie
Key ring: LM Micra

LF:
Sharpie
Zebra F-301 (for forms with carbon copies)
Pilot G2

RR
Magnetic money clip

All I need now is a lighter and phone. :)
