I feel the need (for vanitys sake) post a more current pic.. ive been training 6x a week since i retired and lost over 50lbs and got my cholesterol way down i was 250 when i retired im down to 190ish
still carrying my ritter mini grip and vic tinkerer till my ZT 0350 comes in the mail

Also, is it just me or is that a Dragon Ball Z tattoo on your back?
EDIT: Exercise definitely makes you look younger than you are. I would never have guess you were turning 39 in that pic.
