I got my Zero Tolerance KW 0350 today!! The satin finish on the Knifeworks exclusive is awesome! It's heavier than i expected but the ergonomics are fantastic!

Here is a small knife I pick up at a little swap met in Mexico City, It cost me a dollar . Anyone know what it is? What do you think the handle is made out of? Any tips on how to restore it ? Thanks again for schooling me.

It’s in my front pocket now. Sharp as hell.

are there any makings or makers stamp on the blade?

you could use a scotch brite pad with some oil to clean up the blades.

I'm doing the same, have gained 14 lbs since I worked on the Monument fire. That puts me 30 over. Went to Doc today and put myself on the same diet I used to use in the Army, plus lots of cardio beginning with walking.

Hey Edwood... I'm always at flea markets. Maybe If I find a few old pocket knives, I'll send one your way. You seem to take a liking to them.

Today, I'm carrying a new Leatherman Super Tool I picked up on sale at a sporting goods store.

My general carry at work is one of three...a CRK small Sebenza with micarta inlay, BM 470 Emissary, or my new BM Mini Griptilian with tan scales and a S30V blade....that's the one I've been carrying for the last couple of days.

Et,

The handles looked like pearl to me.

They are, easiest way to spot old pearl is the metal or brass touching the pearl will leach into the shell (a synthetic wont leach like that). Also the shell will have an opaque blueish clearness to it from the right angle. I replied to Edwood in the traditional section how to bring her back :) I'm restored 3 knives now which at first glance seemed like complete throw aways!

Yeah, the red Scotch Brite pads you get at the auto store are equal to 400 grit wet or dry sandpaper (good stuff) especially for odd shaped parts

Have you ever found that your ZT's Kydex sheath dulls the knife? Like it's too tight on certain areas and it messes with it?

Still checking out my new knives:
BM 211 / Spydie Manix 2

Sweet knives

I am on vacation and not leaving my property today so its the CS Counter Tac II
