Got my first ever Delica yesterday! Mostly because I wanted to try something in ZDP. Here I was thinking that my PM2 was a great slicer, this one is just ridiculously simple and effective! I know that I'll be carrying this one a LOT.

Worse comes to worse, a very coarse metal file would work, or a porcelain dish (although you'll be sitting there for a while).
