I can't figure out why the cable tv works and the internet doesn't--they both come in on the same line. I got a boilerplate answer from the provider, so I'll just have to wait until it comes back on. :(

Two dif signals. If you have cable tv but no internet then it's prob a router or authentication device issue on their end. Cable tv doesn't usually use IP.

That's about 5 times more helpful than the explanation I got. I tend to think of the restoration as just repairing downed lines, but there's obviously a lot more to it than that.

Thanks guys! She's a looker for sure! I always admired them and couldn't resist BHQs sale price when they were discontinued. Once in hand, I swapped an S90V blade from a fluted CF model, making it truly spectacular. Came out fitting like it was meant to be there!
