It's Unaka mtn, on the NC/ Tn border, place called the beauty spot. The appalachian trail crosses in a couple different places.

Right on. I’ve spent a fair bit of time romping around western NC. No wonder it hit a heart string.

Glad you made it shiny side up!! I haven’t been out on my bike in a month and I’m going crazy. My track/street legal stickies wouldn’t have a prayer in that white stuff lol . She’s in the garage under her cover on a battery tender. I glance at the little green light every time I walk by to get in my car to make sure her life support is still on lol.
To the Time stamp patrol these pictures were taken last month I believe before the bad weather hit.

I bought a heated jacket liner and have been riding all I can unless it's raining. Buddy that's a gorgeous bike, If it were mine I'd park in in the living room until spring! Lol

Your a smart man a heated jacket liner is the only way to go!
I’m a fair weather rider now but in my younger days in Cali I’ve road in hail before the Helmet law was enforced
But it wasn’t by choice got caught in it lol. Now I’m like my Doberman use to be when I opened the door to let him out he would stick his nose out the door and if it smelled like rain he'd go back in the house and hold it lol unless I pushed him
Out the door and he’d run out and lift his leg on the fly and run back in. But if he saw a bad guy or a duck in the rain/ water he took no prisoners lol That’s how I am on my bike
