It's a Douglass Neo 3. This is based on a model from the 1920s that at some point disappeared but then was brought back by the Tokyo Pipe Co a few years ago. The quality of this is amazing, feels much more solid than a Zippo and the lighter fluid tank is sealed air-tight.
