EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I had to get rid of the “Air Lite” marking. Dear Cold Steel, please stop putting the model name of your knives on the blade.

Sick! What is it?

Thanks man! It’s a Chaves Ultramar Redencion Street (the production version of Ramon Chaves’ custom Redencion). It is made by Reate, so great fit and finish and incredible action. This iteration came in all grey titanium. I anodized the frame bronze (which turned out more of a dark grey ) and antiqued the clip (anodized green and bronze).

The weather's iffy here today with broken rain showers nearby passing from west to east, fog, and intermittent sun. It's good day to stay around the house and maybe fix the shutoff for the kitchen sink hot side. It's also a good day to carry the RDD again, though I'll set it aside if I'm doing that light plumbing job and go with a regular work user messing around under the sink. It's wicked warm out on this first day of spring and I had enough good light for a few pics out on the last old, unsplit wood pile.

Man that knife gets me everytime!

ErocSD ErocSD , I just scrolled up and saw those two giant Nathan's chili cheese dogs of yours and those get me every time! It's eleven o'clock here on the East Coast and you're making me run off to bed to avoid that late night snack I shouldn't have. Maybe tomorrow afternoon....

I'm glad I can inspire you sir... if it helps at all they were amazing. I need to save up for one of those Mayo/Shigurov's now too haha, you've inspired me as well.

Oh man, I thought it looked familiar...if you ever get tired of it hit me up;)
I suspect this one will be in the collection permanently, if only for the worry stone aspect of it. Every surface on it is so beautifully finished that it's an easy knife to just sit around and fondle. The spine especially could easily be sharp and uncomfortable on .058" stock, but it's been crowned and beautifully polished.
