Absolutely, the thing with this thread is it's about knives in our lives. I love the tone here, enjoy seeing what everyone does and where they go, and am just bein' light with you, my friend.

Ok my apologies then sometimes things can be taken the wrong way unfortunately with texts and emoji‘s. On that note I’ve just fired up the barbecue and I’m smelling a little smoke

Klein stuff is great and their drivers, pliers, and other tools set the standard for sparky's and tech tradesmen. I have different storage bags of theirs--zippered pouches and totes to hold various categories and sets of tools that have held up for years.

I'm new to Veto Pro Pac, having recently bought their large, closed top carpenter's bag, changing up from a rigid, rectangular box, and got the pouch I posted as a free promo. Their stuff blends tough fabric with leather and seems really well made. For wearables--what carpenters call their nail bags--I've been using Occidental Leather for years and they have all-leather and leather/cordura combo bags, belts, pouches, and shoulder hung rigs. I've been using a beltless system for quite some time. Not cheap, but wicked durable and a ton of variety. We've got a great local professional tool supplier I usually buy from but you can just google to check 'em out.

And just to stay on topic, knife-wise....

Interesting knife. I normally don't like compound grinds, or thumbstuds. Is there a low carry clip available?

I don’t usually go for OTF knives but that one is pretty sweet. It’s just got that look my wallet bleeds for. Badass cat too.

It's not bad. It's a Heretic Manticore E. It's a very stiff action. I prefer my Hogue Exploit and Brian Tighe Twist Tighe. Eventually I'll get a large version of the Tighe.

It’s a Hogue Deka and what a sweet knife I’m very happy with it in all areas. Yes there are different options available and actually have a MXG DP clip on the way . Although after spending some time with it I really feel no need for a DP clip the stock one works great and carries well. The Modified wharncliff Blade actually turned me away at first and after time and now having it in hand I love it .
