EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

View attachment 1408671 Only working a couple hours this morning then off to my sons first soccer game. Kicked the Inkosi out and carried a 21 out of guilt:eek: Only going to be cutting roof insulation to mark some holes for the roofers.

Congrats on the first soccer game. Currently no sports for my nephews, everything was cancelled with covid. But I have a big yard do they come over and we play baseball in the back yard, and I've been teaching them fencing with nerf swords. I'll probably get back into it someday.

Playing around with my Farmer X in the nature. I previously filed off the ergo killer keychain loop holder.

Thanks man. Yea with covid it all got pushed back and they cancelled the fall football league, soccer took its place. He’s four so it should be real interesting. We used to play baseball all the time growing up in a field back behind my dads place

This one is the MG or machine ground blade in 3v, the G10 is 6.1oz, Ti is 7.4oz, both sides are Ti. Definitely a beast of a knife, of my two examples the Ti version is a good bit smoother then the G10, and the spring tension on the lock is noticeably less (good thing IMO). I also greatly prefer the lack of the blade cut out. Haven't used much at all yet but initial impressions I really like it! Feels good in the hand, balance is pretty good, would probably prefer a little more height on the grind but it is not bad. As for Ti or G10, without hesitation Titanium for me!

Thanks for the answer and for sharing some specs and your thoughts. That's certainly a most handsome folder and it must really lock into and feel substantial in hand--one well-made, hard-use knife that looks like it could stand up to batoning another if the other could take it. ;)

One of the great things about this thread and others like it is the opportunity to see and glean info about knives that aren't really what one prefers, would buy, or carry while still gaining an appreciation for what others favor and own.
