EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Slipjoint this weekend in a nice leather slip for me. It is a hard to find anymore Parker-Edwards damascus steel (Alabama Damascus) that will take a polished razor edge and has some real character with the fat stag handles! Good snap on these and its a great slicer, perfect size to me for everyday tasks from food prep to opening / breaking down boxes because it cuts cardboard effortlessly. Definitely a 'deep carry' in the pocket ;)

Any info on that sucka, puhleese!! It's wicked!

That's a mighty appealing looking knife.

Thanks fellas. It’s a custom kwaiken made by a guy named Phillip Bures (PAB Armory). He goes by pab017 on here.

Steel is 1095, has an orange G10 mini tanto menuki with a resin soaked paracord wrap. Came with a nice leather crossdraw sheath.

You guys are just showing off with all of that fancy plumbing talk.
Haha. Hey I’m just an electrician having to fix all the conduits full of wire the plumbers cut everywhere. Happens a lot in old slabs.

One of the worst was a fast food restaurant. They shut down and gave a very short amount of time to replace every single bit of the plumbing in the store during the remodel. They saw cut thru almost every conduit in that slab. Now granted they should’ve been deeper. Worked some very very long days to get it all back together and stay on schedule.

I agree. You honestly see less and less of it each year. What really gets me is when they pro press black iron gas lines instead of cutting and threading. I can’t get on board with that at all.

I was wiring an electric boiler and the plumbers pro pressed the 2 inch copper lines and i leaned up against one and it was wiggling back and forth in the pressed joint...tell me how thats okay. It didnt leak though?

Thanks my friend:)
Wishing you and your little princess and The Mrs a wonderful weekend as well.
Are you going to let little E help with the design of the carving ? Although that would be a hard one to Carve since it looks so good you could just accessorize it and Be good to go

Thanks homeslice! My brother in law got E and her cousins carving kits, but we may get a larger one for her to test her carving skills on and keep the one she picked out for painting purposes ;)
