Say hello to my now Hair whittling sharp Smock
It was was razor sharp as most spydercos out of the box but this one was so close to being hair whittling sharp. I knew it the way it cleanly sliced receipt paper. I just had to give it a little more love. Pulled out my green compound and strop block and Ken onion leather strop.
Man this m390 is impressive on this Smock. I spent maybe 10 minutes on it and it is now hair whittling sharp. I had a hard time at first getting it to whittle hair because it would just slice threw it if I didn’t get the right angle.

Congrats, that sounds good!
I haven't had this success so far by myself with any knife, but I will keep trying.
The youtube videos about this theme, for example from michael christy, are always a pleasure to watch.

Just got it today, really nice blade shape, thin grind, all in all, very well done.

As others already posted, a beautiful knife.
Did you make the lanyard with the bead? I'm planning to put some on my knives too,
but have to learn tying knots before. Yours look great!

Hanging around in the small british jazz corner of my vinyl collection, with my one and only ZT knife. Flipping action is crazy on this one.

So my young nephews (read brother-in-law & sons) now have a new online knife store in Canada. One of my nephews looked at me with puppy dog eyes and said “Uncle S&F? Have you bought a knife from our knife store yet?”
So now I am the proud owner of the new Anso double detent ZT.


And @Keyopp and others here...I have tried my darnedest to not get into flashlights. However, after all the knife/torch photo’s here, the pocket torch bug hit me and I ended up with a 1600lm Fenix.
I am still looking for another light, and started a thread in the gadgets and gear...so check it out and help me out!

Quick question...how does yours fire? I like the size, looks, and have considered buying one a couple times, but I’ve read that compared to the smaller Launch autos it’s slow to swing open.
