EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Is that coin so you can give it to people? :D

I've had my work user Turtle with me an awful lot lately. Today, getting ready to head up North tomorrow, I cleaned up the shop a bit and worked on my old Jonsered 49SP chainsaw. I had it stripped, cleaned, and tuned up by the dealer in Vermont when I bought my new Jonsered CS2258 a couple years ago. I buy a new saw every 40 years whether I need one or not, but the old 49 has sat for a couple years needed a little TLC and fine-tuning of the carb needles to get it to run just right. Got it humming now and have both the new and old saws ready to cut and buck firewood.

Here's the 2258 back when it was new and I dropped one our black oaks here on Cape which had been killed by the pestilence of Crypt Gall Wasps that came through back then.

I had the Turtle on me that day too.

A couple I've had for over 15 yrs. The Kershaw is one of the few "modern" folders I've kept from that period...the funny thing is, as much as I like my Vapor II, holes in the handle are an automatic disqualifier for me now. (sucks, because there are a few knives that I would buy if they didn't have them)
That was from Monday. I copied the IMG code; but apparently didn't add it to the post before submitting it. Here's the missing image:

Nice shot! This Sprint has eluded me so far

I picked mine up from the only (non-supporting) Canadian dealer I've seen to get stock of these so far. I paid about $100 US after tax (a lovely 12% in my province) and shipping. Worth it so far in my opinion; new to the platform and the steel, so I'm still getting acquainted, but first impressions are good. Not a huge fan of the tip down, but it's not a deal breaker by any means for me.

(I'd say if you wanted to find out where I picked mine up to PM me, but as of this morning, they had sold out)
