I haven’t seen those Klein replacement handles in a long time. My dad used to use them on every pair of pliers he had
I’m sure I have an old pair laying around in a tool box somewhere. I used them quite often when I first started, or I’d get hand me downs that already had them. I liked them. I’m not the biggest fan of the Journeyman series handles (even tho I own a few pair) compared to the thinner grips. I remember watching dad when I was a kid boiling handle grips in the kitchenUsed those handles on all my Klein Lineman’s, needle nose, and dykes for 20 plus years. The factory grips didn’t last long before getting a nick. (Nearly bit the big one because of a nick on my dykes grips, and a bad wiggy lead) I pretty much just use Lineman’s as a hammer now, so the extra insulation isn’t necessary. Klein Needle nose and Dykes are both available now with heavier insulation so I haven’t bought the Klein grips in quite awhile now. Still have a couple pairs of Klein needle nose floating around.

Yes sir, that’s exactly what it is. It’s been painted before thoDcdavis , that looks just like the underside of my dump trailer, only way less rusty.
Today, it's Sigma Sunday with my first of three Andrey Biryukov knives, handsomely embellished by our friend Chip.
