I recall you mentioning that before. Searching "Tabargan" for translation from the Russian leads one back to Tarbagan, an Asian marmot native to Russia, China, and particularly Mongolia where it has been eaten for centuries as a local dish called boodog, prepared by placing hot stones in the abdominal cavity of the skinned rodent, tying up the carcass as a bag for cooking. Gross.The name of that knife always makes me think of a low priced toboggan. Lol.

Pretty cool. Every time I’ve bought from new graham knives they send a pack of band aidsA few years ago, DLT was including a pack of band aids with each knife purchase. Kind of appropriate, I thought. They looked sort of like a piece of electrical tape.
