EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Your welcome :) regarding kindness I was out for a walk this morning. When approaching or meeting someone I have been raised to say hello or at least smile. Both people I met did not even acknowledge my greeting, it sure makes a fella feel like a Zero.
I was raised this way as well. It was reinforced in me when I ran across this passage attributed to Tecumseh:
"Always give a word or a sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all people and bow to none."

How is that WhiteRiver backpacker pro treating you? Its handle shape kind of reminds me of my StreetBeat and temps me to try the knife.

Also wanna try an Evans Knife and Tool Companion.

This is riding shotgun today

I love the Backpacker pro! Today is its first day in my pocket and I’ve had to check several times to make sure it was still there. It’s comfortable, slim and comes with a great sheath. I bought it because I was so impressed with the f&f of my Firecraft 3.5 pro. It does not disappoint! I’ve wanted a necker for edc for a long time but havent found the right one. I’ve had Enzo Neckers that were close and a BK-14 I didn’t like, this backpacker is the ticket!

Sounds alot like what I love amout my StreetBeat (3.5 inch blade) I don’t even feel it when carrying it iwb.

I noted the great sheath on the Backpacker and to me a fixed blade is only as good as its sheath. I greatly appreciate sheathmakers who go to the trouble of minimizing the excess kydex around their sheaths. That backpacker sheath looks like one of the best examples of a pancake sheath I have ever seen.
