  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

My Para 3 is my only modern folder I enjoy carrying at the moment. Something about it just makes me want to carry and use it as much as possible. I do have a new knife coming which may be pretty similar so it will be interesting to see if I enjoy it as much.

Edit to add: you all keep posting some awesome small fixed blades that just keep calling to me. I may have to finally pull the trigger and get my first....

How'd CRKT do heat treating that Sandvik 12c???? I luv the sweep on that n have been tempted a little but still not ready to give them my money!!!!
Dunno...just came in today so I haven't had a chance to break down any boxes yet. Actually pretty impressive for CRKT, aside from one bolster/scale transition being a little proud I can't really find any nits to pick.

Enjoy the honeymoon!!! Look forward to seeing and hearing your thoughts n maybe some engraving on those bolsters!!!!

I pocketed my 21 Insingo for Micarta Monday and headed off to close out my end of the HVAC job. I finished up a few odds and ends in the rebuilt bedroom closet with the new duct chase and re-hung the doors before lunch, The afternoon was spent cleaning up and repacking all my gear and tools. Here's the CRK on the trailer door...

...the trailer all packed with the job table saw, slide compound, some Festool gear, and a barrel of scrap taking up the center for the ride home...

...and the pick-up and trailer locked, loaded, and ready to roll. Where's Insingo?

BTW, that house next door belongs to a couple of my oldest, best clients who steered their new neighbors my way. :)
