Went amazing, wedding knife got used for some emergency suit tailoring and there is a brand new Mrs. J.mattson

I love it. Ive never enjoyed closing a knife as much as this one much less using it. Question thought, what angle do you sharpen yours?

My large 21 is reprofiled to a V-edge at 18 DPS with a microbevel making touchups on the sharpmaker a breeze.

I reground a ZDP Saber Endura, but it looks a little different than yours.

I call it the Chicken Boner because it can make a tight corner when boning. +1 on the G-10.
