It’s my first Rockstead, but to be honest, I probably wouldn’t have one in my rotation if I didn’t find this one off the exchange in used condition. The ergos are nice where it fills the hand from the robust handle and the end of the pocket clip doesn’t pose too much of a hot spot. The action is very smooth — not sure how it is OTB, but it feels like it’s on bearings. It cuts very well and even so after I sharpened it — I didn’t want to bother waiting on the turnaround time for the sharpening service. I like that it came with lots of character, I’m not a tad bit hesitant in using it lol. I don’t think I’d appreciate a new Rockstead since it would probably sit in a drawer 😆, but do very much appreciate this one.
