EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Today called for a lighter weight carry. After nearly 6 years of faithful service the carbon fiber handle of this Sebenza 21 still looks brand new but the lock side shows it’s true character.

You definitely inspired my Carbon Fiber Friday carry yesterday, though I was feeling way too wiped out to even get around to posting last night and am just getting to it after sleeping in a bit this AM. My large 21 KnifeArt Sebenza has given me over 6 years of faithful service too, as the second owner. It's been a favorite and frequent work knife and was in my pocket pretty much every day for the first year I had it. Though it might not look brand new, the CF side still looks pretty darn good...

...but, like yours, the lock side certainly does show the love.

Being late to the “Drift” party, I just wanted to point out a few observations.

1) This knife is crazy light.
2) It is super thin and is an excellent alternative to the Spyderco Chaparral, a knife I miss.
3) IMO, it would have been even better with no finger choil in the blade.

I am very impressed with how smooth this knife is, and how thin the blade is. I finally get to try out Vanax Superclean and looking forward to it.

Welcome to the weekend friends!!

Carrying simply again today.

The “Funny Folder” was “chipped,” and I convinced WValtakis WValtakis to sell it to me. Lol.
Thanks, Chip!

ETA: The Drift purchase is being blamed on Murphjd25 Murphjd25 Thanks for the push, man!

That's something I hadn't realized (the thin-ness). One of the qualities that I've come to realize I love in my edc is a super thin and slicey blade. When I grab a modern folder, my current Cheburkov small Strizh (which also has an amazingly thin blade) could use a vacation.

Basically, thanks for opening my eyes (and probably wallet) to new knife research! Now if only the cool textured drifts would come back in stock...

Going with a (mostly) Euro carry this weekend, and possibly next week.
A pair of MAM (nonlocking) Friction folders from Portugal.
A Weidmannsheil lockback from Germany.
Toferner Celtic pocket/neck knife from Czechoslovakia.
A pair of Victorinox Swiss Army Knives, (and not shown, a Mora Number 1, which lives in my rollator's shopping/tote bag) from Sweden.
The "oddball" is a Leatherman Charge+ TTI, from USA. (pronounced "US-ah"?)
