EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I decided to swap out the Gen 2 VG10 SS Lockback Spyderco Police in my pocket for a Gen 6 Hinderer XM18-3.5 20CV Recurved Black G10 Flipper.

The Police was only in my pocket for a week but I just received the Hinderer and I couldn't wait any longer to try it out.

Too many knives and not enough time to carry them all.

Love that Police. I have to get me one.

Been stuck in quarantine for most of the past week after testing positive for Covid. Fortunately, my symptoms were relatively mild and only lasted 2-3 days. Now I’m just feeling grumpy and tired…..so pretty much back to “normal”.

I spent yesterday with the Mini Tempest, trying to perfect my “front flipper” technique. I’m getting more and more proficient with it, but I’ll be honest.,…I don’t think it’ll ever become my preferred “blade deployment technology”.

Anyway, I will say that despite my initial concerns of it being a front flipper…the knife has truly managed to win me over.

Haven’t posted in 3-4 days, so please excuse the somewhat redundant pics. It’s hard to capture the blue in the Fat Carbon inlays while simultaneously trying to highlight some of the smaller design elements the knife has to offer.
