Thanks for the rundown, I appreciate it. I’ve always liked the looks of the pursuit folder and the pursuit fixed blade. I don’t mind a little give in the handles. My 112 slim select has some give to it and I love that knife, it’s the best $25 dollars I’ve ever spent on a knife. I may just have to pick one of these up.The 661 Pursuit Pro is a model that gradually grew on me. I've always liked it but I have several Buck 112's that I like better. As a result, I had this up for sale in The Exchange for more than a month. Since I had no takers, I decided to give it another chance.
After carrying it for a couple days and using it moderately at the warehouse where I work, I'm honestly glad that nobody bought it. It's a well built knife with good steel and light weight. The only issue that I see, which is not a concern for me personally, is that there are no steel liners and the handles "give" a little with the blade open. Aside from that, I'm glad I still have it and it will get used and carried.
I'd give it an overall rating of 8 out of 10. I consider it worth the price I paid from a retail dealer.
Sold my Morrf years ago now. Miss it. That action man…
I know that feeling and glad you found it!I was walking my dog yesterday morning and decided to take a picture. I did everything and went home. Today I noticed with horror that there was no knife in my jacket! We went out for a walk even earlier than usual, almost running to the place where I took a photo, well, I looked along the way. Finally, there was the knife. It's good that I go further into the forest, few people go there. Therefore, a little yesterday and today this knife)
