This is a small Persian from a knifemaker from St. Petersburg Lizard Knives.

Small blade 75*27mm. But he copes with everything.

Potato.

Carrot.

Cheese and cured meat.

And he walks with the dog.

Volunteer knife and tool out of East Tennessee. Pretty sure he's a one man operation.
Here's the first one I bought from him. And yes, he make's knives in other colors.
